Try turning the whole system power off at the main house panel, wait a minute, turn power back on, then go to the pool panel and reset communication as per manual instructions. This worked for me.

If your trying to turn on from a inside or spa side controller, then most likely the main control panel is either in time-out, or service mode. When the main controller is in either of these modes it locks out the other controllers. This is designed so if a service tech is working on the system, a user cannot turn something on. Try looking at the main controller and look for a mode button. It will toggle between, auto, time-out, and service. auto is normal operation, time-out should suspend the system for about 3 hours, and service mode suspends the system indefinitely until the mode is changed.

the solution for the problem is to reset the system.the reset button is located on the mainboard PCB..this is the only 1 switch found on the main board just press the switch twice and the system will be reset..to go to the mainboard remove the back cover of your tv and you can see the main board..

trying removing the batteries and reinstalling then the reset the remote and then tell me if it works if you have lock the parental function on sould like
