The controls/buttons on main panel do not operate. Digital read out shows 32 on it. Tried to remove cover and reset and didn't work. I have no control over any of the button. Thanks
I don't have a solution, however, I do have the same problem. When it happened originally, I smelled electrical wires burning. someone checked it and said that a wire had shorted. The electrician checked it out but could not find out what was wrong with it. The radio comes on, but we cannot use any of the buttons.

You will need to type motherboard name ID and the cpu ID
Significance
Upgrading to more modern operating systems depends on the type of processor in the computer.
One of the main differences between the two systems is that a 32-bit operation requires either a 32-bit or 64-bit processor, while a 64-bit version must have at least a 64-bit processor.
Identification
The operating system will register different on each computer that is running the platform. When a user clicks on the Start button, they can go to the Control Panel, followed by the System and Maintenance tab and click on System.
This will show whether the computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system
Hope this helps.
