Checked winding resistance and all is fine. Check capacitor and that is fine. It a fridgadaire side by side. Where is the start relay.

How long does it run?
Are you sure its running and not "trying" to start?
You probably have a bad compressor either way.
You can try to put a "hard start" relay on it, but those don't last long on Frigidaire units.
