Directed 10.2

I have had 2 of these installed and have had the same problem with both.... Both time after about 3 weeks installed I will notice that when I start the truck the dvd player turns on automaticlly (where I would usually have to press the power button) The screen is white with lines running thru. It will not power off until I kill power to the truck. Nothing works on the dvd player it just keeps the white screen.
