Facing problem with HP ALL-IN ONE PRINTER 3380;
It is showing SCANNER ERROR INTERMITTENTLY
Description: After powering on SCANNER BULB WARMING UP screen will come,2minuts latter the error is comming;
I confirmed scanner cable-ok;what may be the problem;pls give me some tips to solve the problem
You may want to remove the glass and clean the underside of the glass and the lamp, also whatever mirrors and lenses there may be. It sounds like it is not setting up properly and the glass and mirrors getting hazy can cause that.
