I appear to be having some problems playing my downloaded xbox 360 content offline.
My original 360's drive went, and i got a replacement 360 unit.
With my original 360 i was able to play content and games i had downloaded from the market place offline, but with my new unit it doesnt seem to register unless i'm logged in to live.
The data is still showing in the memory, but if i try to play any arcade games offline for example, it only shows that i have the trial version.
Anyone have any solutions to this?

Hello, If you purchased the map pack, you still have to download it. This may take a while, since that particular map pack is 2.4 GB, which takes about 20 minutes to load. When that is done downloading, restart the game. If you don't, the game will play as if you didn't load the map pack. Remember to do that after you download the map pack.
I am assuming you are referring to playing original Xbox games on your new 360. Halo was the only game from the box that you can play directly without needing to download the patch to play but supposed newer systems have the capability to play more directly out of the box.
Other backwards compatable games can be played but you will need a samll patch for each game. The game if playable will automatically attepmt to download the patch from xbox live. So you will need to have your Xbox 360 conected to live or have a patch disk. (which is available via the Xbox Magazine disk or can be downloaded online and burned to a disk)
check playing with this disc on any other Xbox 360 connected to live, ideally the disc should not have problem since the problem you are facing could be with saving or downloading of the specific update required to play game online on xbox live which is mostly related to updated playlists.
If it still does not work, try erasing the saves for this particular game from your Xbox 360 HDD in case you are okay to forego the game progress / XP gained for the offline campaign play.
