Remove the ear cushion from the earcup, twist counter clockwise a quater turn untill u overcome a slight resistance and lift off, underneath u will see 2 batteries one either side of the driver.(i think it is the right one both cushions are removable anyway. The batteries should be NiMH rechargeable not standard AA do not use AA .the batteries recharge when u put the headphones back on the cradle takes about 18 hrs
u can use a external charger which is probably quicker. There is built in overcharging protection so this should not be a problem.

Hi,
The left ear cup is where the batteries are kept. They are to the left and right of the speaker. The ear cushions are secured to the ear cups by means of a quarter turn fastener. To remove an ear cushion, turn it in the direction of the arrow (towards you) until you overcome a slight resistance and lift it off the ear cup.

Audio cuts out after three miunutes

i have no solution but the same problem.
the tr120 worked properly with a GRUNDIG-TV-unit.
After replacing the TV-unit with a SAMSUNG, the problem occurs.
I take the audio-signal out of the scart-connector (the unit has an earphone-connector but cuts of the internal speaker - this is not wanted in our usage).
might be an impedance-problem? or the scart-audio-output is too low for the headset-transmitter?
any further ideas and hints to get rid of the problem?

My set has an led that glows red when on...if batteries in correctly, and switch on...do you have a red "POWER" indicator. If yes, & still no sound, 1-does the other set work? 2- either side of prob set work? 3-VOLUME up all the way? Could be bad receiver/bad speaker(s) bad vol switch.
IF no POWER led on, then 1-bad batteries 2-bad power switch 3-broken internal power lead/wire.
Kids are rough on these things...any sign was dropped, or dunked in a coke? REMOVE ear cushions are screws if yur inclined.... sk
