Question about Sony Ericsson Walkman W810i Cellular Phone
Hi, i bought this W810i in Jul 2007 and now its been 5 months with 2 services. But still i have all the problems. All of a sudden the screen becomes white and i have to restart the mobile. sometimes after restarting it goes to contact hangs displaying msg " cannot proceed further". the speaker volume has gone for a tose, it goes ups and downs as it wishes. In the 1st service they have changed the board, second service they have reinstalled the software. i requested the service center to replace the mobile, but they refused to do so saying they cant help it and i have to live with it. is there any procedure to take this issue to sony ericsson.
I do not think that they changed the mobile board the 1st time, you shoukl try and reflash your mobile....go to www.topsony.com this is a paysite so if you want the flash file you have to pay for it but register for it first.
This will correct any problems you have with your phone
