I have the same problem and can't find help anywhere! I AM DESPERATE! Pleasek, if anyone knows how to reprogram a password or anything like that, I would appreciate your help. I am locked out of my voicemail box and have tons of important messages to get out of it.

Hi there, let me give this a crack at it...
The Telephone system sounds like a Norstar BCM... what Consultel1 gave you as an answer is correct, for a Norstar Key system.
OK, do all that Consultel1 stated:
-> FEATURE 983
-> You will now see LOG:type in 738662 (SETNNA) and press OK
-> You will now see PASSWORD: type in 266344 (CONFIG) and press OK
-> then you will see the ADMIN and the options for MBOX, AA, OTHR
Now follow Consultel1 advise on changing Voicemail Passwords, from his orginal post.

To reset a subscriber mailbox press feature 983, enter in log (default 1020000), on the 3 soft keys bolow the the screen press mbox,chng, enter extension number of the locked mailbox, press reset at the reset password prompt.press rls key
What does the screen say when you press feature 983?
that doesnt sound quite right. At the log prompt it shouldn't ask for an aditional passwordpast whats given.by the way, whats your extension number?
ok, the extension length's right, and you're using feature 983 and not 981 right?
Lets try resetting the admin password and trying again.
to reset the administrator pasword enter feature 985 press 9 at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then lets try feature 983 1020000 ok again.
Default teleset id and password on a BCM 50 is feature 983, id:738862, pswd:266344. Hopefully the password wasn't changed.

That didn't work! :-(
THe 3 soft keys do not give me the mbox, chng features at all.
when I press it gives me the following screen:
log:
QUIT RETRY OK
Then I press the 1020000 and press OK; then I have the following screen:
Pswd:
RETRY OK
I type the password 0000 and press ok
it comes back and tells me INVALID PASSWORD. I'm going completely nuts over this....how can a system be so user unfriendly!?!?!?!?!?

Still not working.
When I press f985, I have the following: VM: 334 then the last soft key says ok. I Press ok and have the following: MeetMe:344 and the last soft key that says ok. I press ok and get: CDN 1: None, then the 3 soft keys are: GOTO, SKILL, and NEXT. THe only one that works is GOTO. Skill and Next don't work (they don't do anything when I [press on them). When I press GOTO, it gives me the following screen: Skillset: and the three soft keys that say: RETRY, QUIT, and OK. anything I type after that, the screen says invalid value!
