Question about Motorola Mobility SLVR L7 Cellular Phone

Gonna pull my hair out!

This silly phone has given me nothing but headaches since I put the memory card in. I initially bought a 1gb but the phone would lock up and reset to my home page when I tried to access my audio files. I thought I had a defective card so I got another just the same with the same results. I next put the 512mb card in and it worked just fine for 3 days and nows it's doing the same as the others. I don't know if it's an operator error, if there's something wrong with the phone, or if I just have bad luck with the cards. Someone please help me...I'm getting frustrated.

Try formatting the card first on your pc, then reinsert in your phone.

Putting music on nokia 6205 from memory card

1. put card in computer and format
2. put card in phone, take a picture
3. open music app on phone (nothing should show up)
4. take out card, put in computer
5. copy songs to the newly created my_music folder

make sure all song filenames are only the song titles. all other information (artist, track number, album, etc, should go in the IDv3 tag as the phone will read this information).

I have 2 of these phones, and this is what seems to work for me.
