Anti theft code

Hi,

This is a fairly common issue with modern car radios since anti-theft has been added as a security feature. Your options are rather limited if you lost the manual. A few are:
1. Contact the original dealer of the vehicle. You need to present proof of purchase/ownership and VIN number. If the dealer is sympathetic, he will check on a database and get the numbers for you; or
2. With fingers crossed, check the spare tire area. See if you can locate the sticker with the VIN number. In most instances below it would be a series of 4 numbers. Try using those numbers as your code.

Pls be reminded that after 2 wrong tries, you need about an hour or more before you can try again.
