Question about Panasonic CQ-Vd7001U
THE CAR WAS HIT AN INSURANCE AUCTION WHEN I BOUGHT IT
THE CAR HAD NO BATTERY IN IT,I BOUGHT NEW BATTERY AND
WHEN I TURN KEY TO ON POSITION SO THE RADIO CAN COME ON
THE RADIO POWERED UP WITH NO PROBLEM BUT WHAT ENDED
UP A PROBLEM IS IT ASKED FOR A CODE,IN WHICH I DO NOT HAVE
HOW CAN I UNLOCK IT? IT HAS TO BE A MASTER CODE TO DO SO
I NEED HELP.. THANK YOU

I had the the same issue. I held down the toggle that is located on the bottom right hand side of the unit. This bypassed the lock code.

You will have to go to main dealer with car documents, and the should be able to get the code for you, or recode your radio. Not sure how much they charge for this, but I doubt it is much.
