Hi,
Number one problem with front loads are the clogging of the pumps, but you should get a fault code with the unit at the same time. In order to fix this you will need to remove the front panel below the door, there is a large black hose located inside on the right hand side with 3 clamps on it, remove that hose and clean out the coin collector. If full of water, it holds about 6 gallons, so be-careful to get out as much water as possible before remove this black hose.

Is there a drain hole under the crsper drawers if so see if it is pluged. And leting water to drain to the drain pan under the frig. I hope this will help. Jim

If your washer does not drain you need to check this parts.

1. Inspect the drain hose for kinks
2. Test the timer control
3. Test the lid switch(some models)
4. Inspect the water pump
5. Inspect the drive belt(belt drive only)
6. Inspect the motor coupler

check all the drain hoses for something caught in the line to the drain from the tub thru the pump to the stand pipe at the drain,you may have a plugged line and machine pump wont start due to this restriction

Look for food in sump and drain hose, if clear may need drain pump

clean the pump. its clogged

The drain hose might be too low. Make sure the drain hose is at least three feet above the floor.

wont spin because the unit is not drainning water...wont spin with water in it must drain first...check drain hose for kink,,,check waste pipe for blockage...and than check pump...onthejob
