Question about Creative Labs Zen V MP3 Player
My mp3 is not working well. I tried to plug in my mp3 to my laptop connector but when I click Sync Manager it says "no player connected" and my computer will tell me that USB is not recognized. I also tried reseting it with a pin while it is plug in my laptop and it will turn on but the first thing that comes out f my screen is "rebuilding libary" and then my menu comes out and completely frozen. I can't even navigate through all the controls of my mp3 (such as play, pause, on/off etc.) I need advice please. Thank You. although the player works, the screen is dark. it doesn't show anything at all. i've tried resetting but it didn't help.
Have you tried a different usb port?
do you have media player 11 installed?
can you try another computer?
