NO Dell do NOT support Macs on there printers - BUT most of Dells printers are re-branded Lexmark engines - so if you can find the equivalent lexmark - you may find a driver lexmark makes all of dells printers the v305 or v305w is a lexmark model X4650. the Mac driver is here http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=content&productCode=LEXMARK_X4650&actp=PRODUCT&id=DR9768&segment=DOWNLOAD&userlocale=EN_US&locale=en

Currently, there are no device drivers that Dell provides for Mac OS. So, it may not be possible.

It seems to be an issue with the Print Spooler Service. Either the service is stopped or not started correctly. Try stopping and restarting the printer spooler services on your computer. For tips on how to restart the Print Spooler service, use the link: http://www.ehow.com/how_2319117_restart-print-spooler-xp.html. Now Reboot your system and try deleting the print queue. It should work fine now.

The only way to use the scanner/printer with your Mac is if it is compatible with the mac and you use the software that should have come with the Scanner/Printer.

See im not sure about the scanning driver but your printer is a plug and play device so plug it in it should install by itself for printing.
