Check out the drain system. It could be something as simple as a pinched drain hose or a cloged pump. The trouble shooting sheet is behind the kickplate or under the top. This will walk you through the proublem.

My dryer is leaking water

When your dryer spins to dry, water will start to collect at the vent, vent hose and lint trap areas. Make sure to fully remove the vent hose and lint trap and clean both of them out fully you may have to purchase a new vent hose. Make sure you secure both of these parts in after cleaning this should fix the leaking problem along with keeping your house firesafe

When I put towels or rugs in the washer the cycle show complete, but when I open it the items are soaking wet.

Its probably because the items are too heavy for the washer to safely spin.

If you squeeze some of the water out of them into a sink then put it on spin cycle, it should work. Otherwise spin them in two loads. Its a bit of a pain but its to protect the washing machine mechanical parts.

Hope that helps!

I have a Kenmore frontloading washer, model no. 417.42042100. At the end of the wash cycle, the clothes are still very wet; that is, still SOAKED with water, even though all the water has been drained...

HI. your unit is equipped with a spin control board. this board, if damaged, will not initiate an adequate spin. This will not allow for proper drainage and drying of the clothes. The spin motor regulates the rotation speed during the spin cycle. It seems to be the culprit at this time. Have the spin board replaced asap.

This part will usually cost around $150.00 at the most.

Hi, I have a Maytag Washing Machine. Model Number: LAT7793ABV It seems to wash fine, but when it gets to the "Spin" part of the wash, sometimes it doesn't spin, and if it does spin, the clothes...

Several items can cause no spin or slow spin. I'm assuming the motor runs during spin and the water all drains out. A worn or damaged belt can cause your problem. Always replace the drive belt and pump belt at the same time.

Check for smooth and non binding motion of the motor in it's carriage.

A failing bearing (either tub bearing or spin bearing) will restrict tub motion in spin.

A garment in between the inner and outer tub will also restrict tub spin performance.

Friends washer - she tells me that it will not fill before it goes into the agitator mode almost at ones. The final spin does not get the items ready for the dryer - they are very wet at the end of the...

you may have a problem with your water level switch. because it is the one waiting for the water to rise up before running the agitator.
