The windows installer service could not be accessed. this can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not properly installed.

Try downloading the Windows Installer 3.1 and installing that, then retry your install.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Trying to install new tor browser update, it says create new directory

Odd, never saw that error before. You might try using Revo Uninstaller (free download) to remove all traces of your old TOR browser on Windows. If on Linux, just delete the old TOR browser.

Why not just follow instructions and create the new directory? I think traces of your old TOR browser are causing this error.

I keep getting a message saying- If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:

Do you have a good internet connection? Have you tried using different websites with no problem? Have you tried using a different internet browser like mozilla or chrome?

This has something to do with your internet connection, internet browser or the website itself.

I suggest you install Radarsync if you want to optimize your computer's performance. Works best with windows XP, 7 and 8.

I keep getting messages ..could not find acrobat External windows handler; . brand is e machines ..error messages,,

Hi Kate1958. I found this for you. Do one or more of the following solutions:
Solution 1: Remove all versions of Acrobat or Reader, and then reinstall one version.
If multiple versions of Acrobat or Reader are installed on the system, remove all versions and then install only one version. See the documentation included with Windows for information about removing programs.
Note: If you need to have multiple versions of an Acrobat product installed, remove all versions and then reinstall them starting with the earliest, installing the latest version last.
Solution 2: Start Acrobat or Reader, and then open the PDF file in the web browser.
If an error occurs when you try to start Acrobat or Reader, refer to Related Documents below, or search the Adobe Support Knowledgebase:
-- If you use Acrobat, go to .
-- If you use Reader, go to .
Solution 3: Make sure that the External Window Handler file (ewh32.api) is in the Plug-ins folder.
If this file is missing, reinstall Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
The default location of the Plug-ins folder is:
-- For Acrobat: Program FilesAdobeAcrobat [version]Acrobat
-- For Reader: Program FilesAdobeAcrobat [version]Reader
Solution 4: Disable Web Browser Integration.
Disable Web Browser Integration so that PDF files open directly in Acrobat or Reader instead of in the web browser.
To disable Web Browser Integration in Acrobat 6.0.x -7.0.x or Reader 6.0.x -7.0.x:
1. Open Acrobat or Reader.
2. Choose Edit > Preferences > Internet.
3. Deselect Display PDF in Browser.
4. Click OK.
To disable Web Browser Integration in Acrobat 5.x or Acrobat Reader 5.x:
1. Open Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
2. Choose Edit > Preferences > General.
3. Click Options in the list in the Preferences dialog box.
4. Deselect Display PDF in Browser.
5. Click OK.
To disable Web Browser Integration in Acrobat 4.x or Acrobat Reader 4.x:
1. Open Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
2. Choose File > Preferences > General.
3. Deselect Web Browser Integration in the General Preferences dialog box.
4. Click OK.
I hope this helps. Please dont forget to rate and provide positive feedback for our fast-free support today. Thank you :D

Errore installation

Usually Adobe Flash Player 10 doesn't give any kind of problem during installation.

But, there's is note I want to share that's is you can't install or installation of Adobe Falsh will not proceed when you keep any Web Browsers running.

That's it.

Try installing when no web browsers are running, if fails then the error lies within the Operating System.

My internet explorer keeps shutting down crashing and box comes on that internet explorer has stopped working and then the details describe APPcrash what do i do to restore? i paid and ran regtool to fix...

Hi! IE 8 has some errors / bugs in genuine itself, so if there is any bug in system, then these both errors lead to IE struck mode.

please consider to remove the present IE and try to install IE 6 or IE 7 for the time being that to if you want to do in IE, otherwise try to opt for Mozilla or chrome.

but the word "APPcrash" represents word of "application crash", so better to install fine one before complete uninstall of present one.

Don't forget to mention error code in next reply mail if the problem still exists with above operations!

When I try to play a youtube video it says an error has occurred.

Try installing Adobe Flash Player, available from , and then re-starting your web browser.

If more problems persist, you may need to restart your computer, if you installed new Windows Updates, or the YouTube video you are trying to play may no longer be available on YouTube, because it may have been removed, because that YouTube user has either posted a video that is copyrighted, such as a Music Video, or had violated YouTube terms of Service.

Also, you may want to double check the web site address you are on, because maybe you either types in wrong web site address, or also, there may be some problem with your web browser.

If you want, list me your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox / ...), and also, which operating system you are using (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Linux, ...), and I may be able to help you.

Starwars Battlefront 2: Wont Install I just finished downloading Starwars Battlefront 2 from: It says I need these requirements to play: (The words in the brackets are what I have) Operating system: Windows 2000/XP (Windows XP) Processor: Pentium 4 1.5 GHz (Genuine Intel(R) CPU 2140 @ 1.60GHz [2 CPUs]) Memory: 256 MB (1024MB RAM) Video: 64 MB (512MB) Sound card: compatible with DirectX 9.0c (DirectX 9.0c ) Available at Railway: 5.5 GB <- What does this mean? CD-ROM speed: 8x <- How do I check? Do I meet the requirements? I extracted it; opened up the file and inside there was 4 files: Disk1(712,674kb) Disk1(1kb) Disk2(367,454kb) Disk2(1kb) They are all MDF files. I open either of the Disk2 files and it has junk like DirectX, Docs, some setup-2.bin file? I open either of the Disk1 files and "Starwars Battlefront 2 Autorun" opens, it has four options, they're all in a very weird language, and only 2 of them are clickable.. The second one gives me this: ýòàïû çàïóñêà èãðû 1 - óñòàíîâèòå èãðó. 2 - ïåðåçàãðóçèòå êîìïüþòåð. 3 - çàïóñòèòå èãðó, ïðè ýòîì ïîÿâèòñÿ äèàëîãîâîå îêíî. 4 - íàæìèòå êíîïêó KPAK è çàêðîéòå ýòî îêíî, íàæàâ êðåñòèê â ïðàâîì âåðõíåì óãëó îêíà. 5 - èãðà çàïóñòèòüñÿ àâòîìàòè÷åñêè. I think it's a readme.. The first option opens an installer.. it's in that language.. I run threw the installer and it begins to installer, but halfway threw I get an popup.. I think it's asking me where I want to save something.. It has a bar where i'm suppose to put a path, the default is G:\, when I click ok is has ???? "setup-2.bin" ???? "G:\" ????. The ?'s meaning the random language.. I click browse and click on other options but it has the same result for everything.. Please help somebody!
