Be very careful to make sure the encoder discs on the two rotary controls are properly secured by the little plastic lugs or you'll be really fed-up one day when the control comes of in your hand !!
Ask them to replace the I/O print and make sure its upgraded to the latest firmware, also have them check or replace the motor depending on when you bought your machine these could be under warranty.
Hello. No, the only way you are going to get this to work is to replace the software with new ones, as all software come with different dongle numbers. The dongle numbers are specifically for the software that you have, you can't even change dongles. Can you get in touch with the seller to give you the dongle? I have a set of Cracked software for the BERNINA ARTISTA 180 that I can copy for you for $200, which you don't need a dongle for.
