If you are trying to install it into the car, you will need to get the serial code that should on either side or the back of the radio itself, and you will need to get the VIN number of the car itself located under the driver side of the winshield. After you do that, you will need to call the car dealership related to your car and tell them both numbers, and they should give you a 4 digit number to input into the radio so it will work with the car.
