I had the same Problem AND THANKS GOD I SOLVED IT!!!!
just take any smooth handkerchief "i recommenced the one which comes with the sun glasses! " and try to clean the lens and the Disc Tray ...
and the prob solved :D!

Frst, try cleaning the lens in the optical drive with isopropyl alcohol using a soft, non-abrasive cotton ball.
If that doesn't work, we can try some high level bus settings in the Device Manager. Let me know!
