It is possible that your thermocouple is defective. It must get satisfaction from the pilot to enable the valve to work. If it does not light at all you may check your gas supply or your orfice is plugged or your gas valve is defective.

You are missing a few numbers in the model number so I am unable to research it. You may have a 30 or 50 in fromt of the HXB or something like that.
