Hi sir can you help me, my promblem is when i take a picture on my samsung digital cam es17 then i try to saw them his say file errror...what im i do to solve this my problem...

1/ Turn off the Camera
2/ Remove the memory card
3/ Clean it with a piece of clothe and a little alcohol
4/ Install the memory card and turn on your Camera.
Also make sure that there is still space on your memory card. Otherwise delete some unnecessary pictures.
If the above steps do not work, back up all the files on your memory card to a computer, then using the camera, format the memory card.

Take the memory card to a camera store and ask for a data recovery. As long as you do not take any pictures on that card until after the data is recovered you may get most or all you pictures back. If you take pictures over the ones on the card they are lost forever.

Stops taking pictures after approx. 128-130

Hi, Sue,
Not really sure on this, but if where he bought cam will take it back, try it...
However, it may not be the cam, but different resolution settings on the two different cams. Digital cams by different manufacturers format SD cards using different means; some allow more memory space on card for formatting than others..and if the game cam is set at a higher resolution than the other cam, then the 2nd cam might use space 1st cam left avail.i.e., say cam "sets aside 4mb of memory to format card, but only uses 2mb of this space. Now, the game cam is set for high resolution and take 130 pics @ 15mb each..15x130=1950mb,+ 2mb left by game cam=1952mb(1.952gb), or about 50mb of space left on card...put it into cam set for lower res. and might get several more pics before card was really full...be sure all is equal...both cams, and card, ect. 128-130 pics @ high resolution ain't bad....on a 4gb SDHC card with my I-40's set for High Res., I can get 1000 pics;@ enhanced and I get only about 300. Set at low res., and # goes way up.Hope you understand all this.

Camera swicthes off when taking a photo

ru sure that u havent hit the power button & also make sure that the batteries are fully charged?
make sure its not cheap batteries or use rechargables sometimes cheap 1s dont have enough power
i use pure engery digital ones but the reg 1s work ok.
the batteries have to b inserted the right way, my mother in laws camera (diff model) didnt work at all w the batteries in the wrong way.
also check that the chip has space.

it does switch off if u wait too long to take a pic it it has an automatic setting: approx 5 mins.

Busy signal while taking a picture

Have you been taking shots in continuous mode (burst)?  The camera has a built in buffer of fast memory where photos are stored before being written to the slower CF card.  Once the memory gets full the camera will not take another picture unless some of the images complete transfer to the CF card. You will notice a number inside your viewfinder (bottom left) the number goes down when you take a picture that is how much space is left in the buffer when it hits 0 the buffer is full it will go up as the buffer clears.  Note that RAW takes up more space and fills the buffer quickly.
If you get the "Busy" message even after just 1 shot then there is something wrong with either your CF card or your camera and you should take try another card or it to canon for service.
