Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Head phones hear on only one ear plug. Just got refurbished MP3 player San Disk two days ago can not find package it came in to send it back. Looked on line and they state it needs to be sodder. How can I get this fixed
I have had this problem with my zen micro. I opened it up and looked at the headphone jack, and the contacts looked fine (parts that touch the plug from the headphone) so I took it off and resoldered it on and it worked fine. for about 1 minute. so that wasn't the problem. I tried looking at the contacts that go from one circuit board to the other, and even tried bending them slightly to make better contact, and that seemed to help a little more. however, I have still not found the one solution that will make this problem go away! if anyone knows how to fix this, I would love to know.
as for the rest of you, if you're good with electronics, you may be able to take your player apart and look at all the little contacts and solder joints.
