There is usually a rocker switch on side of phone which controls volume whether in a call or not. If for some bizarre reason there is none then go to your menu settings and select the link for volumes. Adjust from there. It may be that there be dirt or ear goo in the phone ear piece ? Clean it with cotton bud stick or whatever they're called down your way. Good luck...
when you call some one try pressing up the button on the left there are three buttons on the left and 1 on the right press the up button it will say on the screen ring style volume 7 or 6 or what ever you have set it up to but during the call when you press the same button it lowers or higher the volume of the speaker thats the easy way to do it
while your on call, press many times the UP arrow, then u`ll hear the volume will sounds good. :) or if u have a newer version, other cellphones has a volume plus en minus on the side. hope this can help. :)
