It sounds like you pulled a wire from the tv if thats what u were doing by adjusting it. Check your cables on the especially the RCA cables there is a red, whit, and yellow wire if you did accidently pull one out it would be the yellow one if ou have no picture because the red and white are for sound check all ires on the back. Also if you think you did it by the remote hit your tv input button or go to menu for the tv and change your setting like tv1, tv2, av,1 etc that may help if the wire check doesnt.

I would be happy to help! I would just need some more information to ensure an accurate resolution. When you access the menu, does it say 'Main Menu' with options like 'Program Guide', 'System Setup', 'Preferences', etc...? What cable is plugged into the secondary TV? It could be a Coaxial (single black cable), or an RCA (Red, Yellow, White) cable.
Hi well I don't know the codes for the remote but I can help you find out if the remote is really working. All you need is a camera a newer one,one that has a lcd viewer, you have to point the remote end that you'd point at the tv toward the camera and push any one of the buttons on the remote,if you see a flash on the camera lcd screen. The remote is working, you can test all the buttons one at a time.First pic no button pushed, second pic button pushedI hope this has helped you.
Hello! I wanted to give you a few more codes that you may not have tried. I also wanted to give you the instructions to the power scan, which will scan the TV for the correct code. I hoep this helps!
1. Hold down the Clear TV button until all lights at the top of the remote light up
2. Press the red TV POWER button
3. Press and release the up arrow on the remote about once a second until the tv turns off.
4. When it turns off, press the # (Pound) button
5. Try powering the tv on/off, and try the volume. If one or more of these functions do not work, start over at step 1 again.
Hi Guest, I can definitely help you with that, however if the screen is snowy we won't know if it's working until we get a picture.
To do that try changing TV2 to channel 60 and 73. If it only goes up to 69 put it on 60, if it goes to 73 then good. If still snowy, then go down to the main television and follow these steps. Menu -> System Setup(6) -> Installation(1) -> Modulator Setup(5). Go to TV 2 Out and change mode to Air if you put the TV2 on 60 and Cable if it's on 73 and select Done to save.Check the second TV for picture, and if it's still not showing then check cabling.
Once you have a picture back the remote should be working with it, if not feel free to post here!
If this is a replacement TV I would say you are probably better off with the universal remote if you are not able to bring up the menu using the front buttons on the set. Call me if you like and I will see what solution we can arrive at based on your receiver type and TV.
Sorry, to hear of your trouble as well Mary and that we lost you as a customer.
