How to change oil in a 2006 pacifica

Park on a hill or jack the car up and place jackstands under the vehicle in a recommended lifting area. Your drain plug is on the driver side of the engine. Drain oil then remove the oil filter located towards the front of the vehicle. Replace oil filter put the drain plug back on and refill oil 5.5 qts.

Hi I drive a 2006 Vw Transporter 2.8 TDI, the glow plug light

You've probably solved this by now, but just in case... it's your particulates filter clogging up and needs 'regeneration' by VW techs. They take it on the road and with the aid of a laptop on the pax seat, inject fuel into particulates filter and 'burn it out' it'll cost you 200 quid at a vw dealer.

Can't locate oil filter(2006 ) trail balzer

The oil drain plug and oil filter are under the engine skid plate. You need to remove the trap door to see. The skid plate door is located by the drivers side door, directly midway underneath the vehicle. You will need a flat or Phillips-hear srewdriver to open the trap door. Don't worry, the screws are 'loss-proof' and will not fall off the trap door plate. Once this has been removed, the oil drain plug and oil filter are now visible and accessable (how smart is that!) Typical oil change and oil filter replacement time = 15-20 mins. for a familiar shadetree. p.s. The Inline 6 (24 valve - 4.2L) takes 7 quarts of oil. Good luck!
