New out of the box Charmglow fire stick. First time I used it, it maintained a blue flame, heated the screen around the burner to a cherry red. Worked great. Second time I used it the flames were yellow and huge. This is making a sooty mess on the deflector. It doesnt heat the screen or radiate as much heat down like before.
Is this a problem or is this normal??

I have a Coleman Cal Cooperage 107 hot tub. We recently had a power surge. Hot tub turns on but neither pump works. Both fuses are good. Electrician just checked them. No reset on pumps. Any ideas?

I have disassembled a large portion of the unit. I can hear the propoane coming out at the top with a slight hissing noice but the smell of propane is very slight. The propane tank is full and functional and I have cleaned out the top section where the gas is emitted. Has the regulator gone bad or is there another issue?
