My sub keeps cutting in and out, it sometimes works than cuts out or I will start the car and it works and when I turn it back on again doesn't.

Your amp may be going into protection or you might have a loose connection. Start with your ground wire to make sure it's a good ground. The check all the other wiring. Hope this helps.

You may have blown a fuse, check those to make sure they aren't blown. Verify that the connections are in place again and make sure the settings on the amp are correct as well.
If the fuse isn't blown and the connections are secure, I would make sure that the wire that you have ran from your battery is within the specifications for use with your amplifier.

My subs randomly go in and out, for no specific

wow..where to start..

First check your RCA"s by wiggiling them at the connection to the amp, see if this causes the amp to come on..If the amp plays then try swaping your RCA's.

Once you have checked the RCA"s, and other various connections, try simply bang arround on the amplifier, yeah I know, it sound back yardish, but if the sound starts to cut in and out by banging on the amp, then you know you have a bad soldier join somewhere. If this is the case, just have a technitian look at it, and repair it for you.

OK so you have checked your RCA's, and beat the amp up a lil bit, and still nothing.. Now you go beat up the dash board a bit, and see if the radio responds, if so then pull your deck, and find your loose connection.

There are still lots of things to check, but it gets pretty advanced, so try the things listed above, and keep your fingers crossed..

My Boss Amp keeps cuts off when I play the music from my stereo

check your ground wire and your remote wire, Wiggle them separately both at the amp and at the ground point. See if it cuts out then, and you;ll know which one. Also, does it have a light on it when it cuts out? if so, it could be going into protect mode, which wont allow it to turn on for a period of tine. Make sure the amp is not too small for the speakers you are pushing.

Hi , I just brought a KD-G646 head unit and it wont play cd's at all. The radio works fine, but the usb only works if the unit is turned down. Could i have something wired wrong or is the unit faulty. It...

well, the USB problem i cant help you with, but if the cd isnt loading, theres probably something wrong with the loading mechanism, which usually means that the unit is faulty. it would be more cost efficient to buy a new head unit than to pay someone for the parts and labor to repair the one you have.

Speakers cut off when bass goes up...

it might be that your wires from your amp to your subs are too thin. since they were relatively new the first three months, they were probably undamaged, but after pushing them too much, they probably have broken wires, and can't get enough power to the subs when turned up, i suggest getting thicker wires before investing in a capacitor, it could save you money.
