Ensure that the inner disk isn't dusty or scrathed at all and it may also be worth giving the lens a clean inside the psp. DO NOT do this with your finger.. use a fibre free cloth. Hope this helps :o)

take out the cd. close the tray with no disk in it. let it read till it says open tray
open and close it like 3 times with tha method mentioned above with out the disk. then put the disk back in and it will probly work.
sometimes the system turns dumb and u haft to remind it to reconize when there is actally no disk.
Try using a DVD lens cleaner in your X-box, this will remove any dirt or dust on the lens. I also recommend trying a few games in case you may have a faulty disk.
Hi there, Have you tried a lens cleaner kit? This is the CD-ROM with a small brush on it to clean your laser lens head. This problem has happened to me in the past and this solved the problem. It is a common problem for any lens reading console. Regards
You need to clean the disk. If it is clean just try to put the game in a couple more times then it might work. If you still have the reciet you can go to the game store where you bought it and they will replace it.
you re going to need a new disk drive i had the same problem and called 18004myxox and they said its a bad disk drive and would cost 100.00 to fix so i went and bought a new 360 insteadf

it appears that your laser unit is faulty. And not reading the games. Try a music CD or other type of supported media ( Disk )
if it reads nothing at all. Suspected laser read Failure.
