I am not sure but it may be that the speaker you are speaking into may be broken. Have you tried to see if they can hear you on the speaker phone setting. If your phone is less than 1 year old and has no water damage it will be covered by a factory warranty even if prepay. you can call your service provider or go by their store and find out how you go about getting it replaced under the one year factory warranty.

Is not something so serious, the problem is that the mouth piece of your phone is bad
that is why the cannot hear your voice. I advice you get the mouth
piece of your phone replace because it is bad and that is why your
callers cannot hear you.
All you need to do is to change the
mouth piece of your phone and you will see that your callers will hear
after you have replace the mouth piece of your phone.
Meanwhile,
you can get hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece
of your phone.
To open sound effected menu...
On vista, you'll have a sound icon at the bottom of the task bar.Right click this and adjust audio settings !!
On xp, can do the same thing but if you dont have the icon for the same then go to control panel - click sound and sudio devices - click advanced button and adjust audio settings accordingly.
