Re: AGP texture acceleration not avalable :(

Well your card is still an ATI & things have changed a bit. You don't just need the drivers but you need ATI's Catalyst Control Center. Through the Catalyst Control Center you have a ton of control that you just don't get with drivers alone. Suggest you update windows first. You'll need .Net framework 2.0 min. Do not skip lower versions of .Net framework & only install one at a time. Install DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft here:
Than download ATI's Catalyst Software Suite File size 46.6MB:
Uninstall any other versions currently installed on your system.
If for what ever reason the uninstall fails download and run ATI's uninstaller "cat-uninstaller.exe" to clean your system from here:

Hi this is vinit...i'm planning to buy new graphic crd. plz adv..

This motherboard will support any PCI-Express (also known as PCI-E or PCI-X) video card-- which is pretty much any current ATI card that's out there. You DON'T want an AGP card however-- it won't fit.

AGP card to replace inboard graphics card

Yes, your GeForce is compatible with the BRIOs AGP 2X port. And there is no problem in using an 8X board in a 4X or 2X AGP slotted motherboard... it would only be a problem if you have a 1X AGP port which is rather old (fisrt agp ports on the market).

Sapphire Radoen hd 2900xt m512 mb

Hi, Have you overclocked this card? if so inspect all the capacitors on it and see if any are leaking or bulging on top or bottom. If all appears well, then borrow another monitor and try that one. If that fails Check your RAM chips are seated properly.

If there is no change then the only answer is a faulty graphics card.
