When I turn it on to print it always prints out a page with a bunch of lines on it wasting all of my ink.

I RUN ACCROSS THIS ON A DAILY BASIS AT WORK.
RE-INSTALL THE DRIVER, IF YOU HAVE THE TIME GO TO HP AND DOWNLOAD THE LATEST DRIVER TO INSTALL.
YOU MUST COMPLETELY REMOVE THE DRIVER FROM YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE RE-INSTALLING IT.
HIT ME BACK AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THIS.
RE-INSTALL THE DRIVER, IF YOU HAVE THE TIME GO TO HP AND DOWNLOAD THE LATEST DRIVER TO INSTALL.
