There are no actual "jumper leads" on a CD/DVD drive although there is a jumper to set the drive as either Master,Slavve or Cable Select.
This is a small plastic covered metal "clip" located at the back of the drive ans covers 2 of the 6 pins.
The settings are usually stamped in the casing of the drive above each set of 2 pins as follows Ma,Sl,CS. The jumper just pulls off although you may need a small screwdriver or pair of tweezers to enable removal and just slides back on.
Normaally there is a block of pins out the back that has small plastic encased jumpers that slide onto different pins to change the configuration. A pair of tweezers are useful to handle the jumpers.
