Delete pictures I have COBY DP702 and cannot delete photos from it...

From what I've read, the tablet comes with Android 2.1 already installed on it. Try going to Settings->>About Tablet and making sure that Android version is 2.1.

DP 702 photo frame -- trying to move music from ITunes to my photo frame -- how? Any help would be appreciated ;) Jeane

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio Books, etc. from MP3 Player
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. The DP702 frame only takes 14 pictures saved to the slideshow file. Install a memory card/device, then plug in the usb cable, electronic store carry it for 7 or 8 dollars. It's too bad, it doesn't come with the frame. Choose the photo you want saved, and press the save button on the remote to save the photo to the slideshow, if you press it again while you're on the same frame, I think it will delete that photo. Audio is probably recorded with different codecs, one of which is unsupported by your frame.

Just go into my computer click on coby or removable disk f (whatever it is) then click on the pictures folder, right click and press delete

Coby no longer in business so unless you can get it working again, you are simply out of luck with your issue. Did you try a recovery software to get back what was deleted? How about formatting the memory? At this juncture you have nothing to lose with whatever you try. You might just get lucky.

your photo frame has not got a built in memory so it can only read pictures from the card you put in and only while the card is inserted. these extra pictures are either on your card, which you can delete yourself via your p.c., or they are stock demo pictures on the picture frame which can't be deleted.if you insert your card before you switch the frame on it should read only the card.
