I'm getting no sound out of my subwoofer or speakers. The unit itself is working - it plays video, but no sound.

Are headphones plugged into it?
Is the headphone jack damaged?
Are there speaker fuses on this model? If so, check them.

the sub woofer or speakers have no sound
my subwoofer power will not turn on even though the DVD unit is working alright.
NO SOUND FROM SUBWOOFER THEREFORE ALL THE SPEAKERS.

Sub wofer will not power on and therefore no speakers will work
My speakers work, but Sub doesn't. nothing is in the headphones jack, and the Bass is all the way up. How do I check the fuses?
My subwoofer light is on but no sound is coming out. Seems like ive done everything possible.
My th-m505 plays video fine. But no aduio the sub kicks on then kicks right off. I called jvc dealers for help they told me it could be a audio output bad, then I email another company in audio equipment they said it sound like a capacitor but dnt know which one. Anyone got any help.
Yup same pronlem. Sub woofer would fade out then on. Called for help at JVC but of course out of warranty.
