Question about D-Link DI-624 Air Plus XtremeG Wireless 108G Router (790069250842)
I cannot get my router to work.
I get the log in screen but does not accept the pasword.
What can I do?
Someone may have logged into your unit and changed the admin password. you can reset the unit by reseting to factory default settings.
Reset the router to its factory default settings and restore the other devices on your network to their default settings. You may do this by pressing the Reset button on the back of the unit. You will lose the current configuration settings.
Hold button for a few seconds.

Try having admin as the user and leave the password field empty. If that doesn't work then you will have to press the reset button on the back for 10 seconds. Everything will be reset, including your settings. That will also probably solve whatever is keeping your router from working well.

NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION.
YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PROVIDER, DSL OR CABLE MODEM IS ON.
AND MAKE SURE ALL THE PROPER LIGHTS ARE ON.
DISCONNECT ALL AND RE CONNECT.
THEN TRY TO LOGIN.
YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU TYPE YOUR PASSWORD CAPS ARE NOT ON IF YOU DIDNT SET YOUR PASSWORD WITH CAPITAL LETTERS.
HIT ME BACK WITH A REPLY ON THE STATUS AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THIS.
