To delete someone's email address on your mini, open the Contacts app and locate the individual. Tap Edit at the upper right of the screen. You should see red "-" symbols next to data items on file for the person. Tap the items (phone number, email address, etc.) that you want to delete and tap Done at the upper right when you've finished.

This could mean that in your inbox, there is some emails that are unread, but if you are saying that there are no emails in your entire email account that are unread, you can change the notifications in Settings > Notification Centre > Mail and then change the settings so there are no badges.
the email function is tied to your address book, if you do not have the address book filled out with email addresses, or have emailed that person from the tablet before they will not show up in the FAYT address box
The main email address settings are shown on the Manage Your Kindle web page where you will see the email address allocated to your Kindle to use if you want to send documents to be converted to Kindle format and delivered to your device via the Whispernet service.
You will also find further options under the Personal Documents Section of Manage Your Kindle where you can set up any email addresses that you want to send documents from.
If you are wanting to check your email on your Kindle then you will need to use the Experimental Kindle web browser to do so as there is no specific email client built in to the Kindle software (that I am aware of or can find). You can access web based email services via the browser.
1.Create folders within your email program to store your emails. Make the folders appropriate for storing the emails you receive. For example, if you regularly receive emails from certain people, make a folder to store emails from each person. Make folders to store professional emails and personal emails, and make subfolders within each to further categorize and sort your emails.
2.Set your message rules to route your emails to your specific folders. Many email programs have different levels of junk email filtering. Choose a low or high setting based on the volume of junk mail you receive. Once you have created message rules and junk email filtering, the junk email will be easily noticed when it arrives in your main inbox. Your email program will also attempt to recognize junk mail and will send it to junk and spam folders.
3.Take a few moments each day to browse through your email folders to review the emails you receive. Important emails sometimes get routed to the wrong folders, and they can go unnoticed if you do not check your email folders regularly.
4.Open your spam or junk mail folder and make sure these folders do not contain any emails you wish to keep. If there are emails that are not junk, drag them to the inbox or another folder for storage. Depending on your email program, you also may highlight the email and find a "Not Junk" option to alert your program that this email does not belong in the spam folder. Once you are sure the folders contain only junk mail, highlight one email folder. Press "Control-A" to highlight all of the emails in the folder. After highlighting these emails, press the shift key at the same time that you press the "Delete" button. This will delete all of the emails without sending them to the deleted folder.
5.Manage your junk email filter by opening the "Options" in your email program. From here you can add "Safe Senders" or "Blocked Senders" to either list.
There is DEFINITELY A PEN IN THE CX2620 stylii. I just replaced mine with a AAAA battery. The old one (which is a AAAA size, you can find these inside 9-volt batteries) had acid buildup on its positive end and that is why the pen went inactive. There is a lot of debate over this pen problem and I guarantee 90% of the time it's related to the battery. I can do a clean replace on anybody's CX2620 pen/stylii with a fresh battery for $10. If interested email me at firstname.lastname@example.org . You pay for shipping, your total about $17 or so. I have never done this before but I just replaced mine flawlessly so I can do others. I know there are a lot of dead stylii out there and people don't know what to do, took me a while to figure it out.
