My bluetooth no longer works

My bluetooth no longer works at all, though it used to. In the system tray, my bluetooth icon is red in the center On the indicator lights at the lower right of the screen, the bluetooth light is lit. However, the computer cannot see my PDA, nor vice versa, though they did at one time over a year ago. Both devices are set to be discovered and to detect other devices.

try to uninstall and then reinstall your bluetooth device drivers.
