Lx30c pumps sanitizer up to the inlet but fails test

I have already replaced both the "pinch" tubes for the pumps but the test strips still wont show any change when the machine goes into rince the sanitizer is pumped up into the machine. I have also checked the inlet elbow it is clear, but once the machine hits the 10 sec rinse and goes off no change

It sounds like the pump is gummed up and needs to be removed, disassembled and cleaned.
