Color printing problems

I believe you are losing pressure on one or more of the ink pumps located beneath the cartridges. This is normally caused by breakage of "bongo" pad or pads and can have all sorts of strange results when it occurs. Check beneath all your ink cartridges. all 4 white pads should be upright and not flat against the base, and all 4 should feel about the same when pushed down for backward up spring pressure. Well, these type of issues could happen due to below causes:

1. Due to refilled ink cartidges
2. Due to corrupted Printer software.
3. Color ink cartridges are low.
4. Color ink cartridge is with dust or if Color ink cartridge slot contacts ( Electrical Contacts ) are not clean.
5. if the ink cartridges are seated incorrectly...

Solution 3:

Please try to Calibrate the ink cartridges of Printer, you can calibrate by using Printer properties under preferences and under Services Tab.

Please refer to user Manual for more instructions on this issue.

Solution 4:

try to uninstall and reinstall the Printer software.
