i have a bissell flip it and the tank were you put the floor cleaner in has a rubber valve in it , the rubber valve has fallen out and the cleaning soultion just pours out i bought it at wal mart about 2 years ago and it works great just need a new tank for it any wear to get one in vancouver canada

You just need to replace the cap and valve part # 2036919, You should be able to order the part thru Bissell.com, or they will tell you who you can call close to you.
