Question about Fujitsu ScanPartner fi-5120C Pass-Through Scanner
I had this same problem after an office move at my workplace. I tried moving the USB cable back to its original port and it worked fine!

I restarted the print spooler and this resolved the issue.

Had the ds42019 error message on a Dell GX270 PC. The solution that worked for me was to install a USB 2.0 card and use the scanner on one of these ports. Apparently the PC has power problems and the USB 2.0 helped alleviate this.
