The best idea would be to return it to Samsung Service Centre for repair but if the phone has been water damaged Samsung will define the phone as BER (Beyond Economical Repair) and will refuse to repair the phone.

Worth a shot!

Whirlpool dishwasher adg 642 not working start light flashhin 4 times

Hello Faye,
The F4 error code is a drainage error and it means that the control board did not detect a drop in the water level in the tub so it thinks it didnt drain.
The things that could cause this are a clooged filter on the pump asm, a blockage in the drain pump or hose or even a defective control board if in fact all the water has seemed to drain out of the tub. This is how ya set the diagnostic test to clear the codes and see if it reoccurs
  • Make sure the appliance is empty of water before running Diagnostics as it does not pump out before starting to fill and therefore you could overfill the appliance.
  • Open the door and set the program to the first program. (Normally rinse).
  • Turn the power off.
  • Press and hold the start button and while holding turn the power on.
  • After a little while the start button will flash, release the button.
  • Press the start button once and close the dishwasher door.
  • The machine will now run through a diagnostic routine.
  • Diagnostic takes about 20 mins.
  • The machine will stop during diagnostics if an error is found and will display the error code. If no error is found it will complete the diagnostics and end the program.
  • To exit diagnostics at any time just press and hold the start button till the program is cancelled.

I dripped a bit of water on my dualshock 3 and its buttons started acting up. i left the pad for a while. when i press the ps button i get nothing and when i connect via usb the lights just flash. help...

Water on electronics is extremely problematic. In almost all cases, unless properly and promptly taken care of, the device is usually ruined. When you spilled the water on it and then pressed buttons, the electricity that is normally sent was intensified by having a conductive material present, and the internal components were probably fried. This is why the controller can't correctly interpret the buttons that you are pushing. The PS3 controller is problematic in that to turn off the controller, you actually have to press buttons. In the future, whenever you spill water on any electronic item, immediately turn it off and allow to air dry for at least 2 days before even attempting to turn it on again. Unfortunately, in this case, I think you are just out a controller.

    Thank you for contacting FixYa.
  • There should be four buttons: mode, reset, start and light. Find the mode button and press it three times until it is in the set time mode.
  • 2 Find the reset button, which usually is located on the bottom right side of the watch face, and hold it until the time starts blinking.
  • 3 Press the start button to change minutes.
  • 4 Press the reset button again to switch to hours. You will know it worked when the hour starts blinking instead of the minutes.
  • 5 Press the start button to change the hour. The watch can handle two modes: standard and military. As you press start, the hour will change from AM to PM, noted by an "A" or a "P" in the top right. When you get through 24 hours, the watch will change to military time and an "H" will be displayed instead of "A" or "P." Keep pressing start to go through another 24-hour cycle and it will revert back to standard time.
  • 6 Press the reset button to switch to the date, starting with the month, and press start to change it.
  • 7 Press reset one last time to switch from month to the day, and again press the start button to switch days.
  • 8 Press the mode button to finish the changes.

    Clean light flashes, don't start

    Hi
Try pressing normalwash-heatdry-normalwash-heatdry-normalwash-heatdry-normalwash-heat then all the lights come on. Let run for a little bit. then keep pressing the start button. untell the unit shuts off, then try running a cycle. After all the lights come on, stop pushing buttons and wait. The unit will start up after a couple minutes The control board has a memory in it. So if you have cold water running in it one time. It will take longer to warm up. Your memory in the control board says its taking to long to warm up. Shutting down thinking their is something wrong with your heating cycle.

Blackberry types wrong two letters on answer, trackpad, a etc.

Try Software. Most likely software problem, water damage would mess it up worse. Try googleing it, and useing blackberry support forums. On my old Windows Mobile phone, the ROM has many of those glitches. Your best bet would be a backup > Soft Reset > Hard Reset > Then check it. If problem persists, Do what i said above about the support forums, they will help you with software to reset keyboard

    It doesnt start

Is the battery charged? Is the power cord plugged in? Is there a 'RESET' button underneath the unit?
these are things to check. Is there a little push button that the monitor closes down onto? if so repeatedly press that button, to see if the monitor comes on.

    LG LDF6920ST Dishwasher won't start

With nothing displaying and only the humming sound, it appears that the main controller card (PCB) has most likely failed.

If it were my dishwasher, I would add a pitcher of water (more than two big glasses full), close the door and start a cycle and listen at the drain. The first thing a dishwasher does is run the pump to empty any standing water before it fills up. If you hear that water drain, (and can see that is has drained from inside the dishwasher) it is not as broken as I think it is.

BUT, this dishwasher should be displaying something from the moment you press the power button.

Please post back with what you find and decide you do. OK?
