Question about Scanners
I work at a University and our library's document scanner has over the last month started scanning too light to see the scans. The image adjustment in the software has been set as dark as possible (which helped when the issue first started) but now the scans are unreadable and too light no matter what. What component could be the culprit?
Are you using the software from HP? It sucks. Use the one provided my your operating system works great. Go your Control Panel, Printer and other Hardwares and click Scanners, make a shortcut to your task or start menu and Scan Away!!!!
