Remove the battery for some time, check the sd card for errors or corrupt files, check with a scan and remove the corrupt files, format and reinstall safe files that will not conflict with the main program. Now reset the battery and start. if the phone boots and performs the issues is solved, if not the software must be reinstalled as there can be errors in the software.
First check whether the file you ae downloading is only the mentioned size or it is more than what it is mentioned.
Once i got the same problem, when i am downloading a file it showed only 698mb but it downloaded 785mb and then the download is completed.After that everything is fine.
Dont worry wait for some time or leave it & see it will complete the download.
May be it could be the error in mentioning the file size or something.
