When you turn on the printer an error occurs and #1203 comes up and says consult user guide

Its generally a cartridge error

Remove the cartridges...and properly clean the contacts of the cartridge...the printer service station where the cartridges sit...clean well for smeared inks....reinstall cartridge..

Align print head...

clean the print head from the printer software....
keep me posted

If this worked for you...please do not forget to vote!
