Problem for QPS Que! USB 2.0 Drive CD-RW Burner
Nero won't run on my new laptop. Serial # needed.
I have a QPS USB 2.0/1.1 CD burner which I bought years ago. I installed the Nero software on my old laptop and used it a lot.
I recently purchased a new laptop, but Nero won't run unless I provide a serial number--and I don't think I have the original disks any more. Can you help? Can you provide a serial number, or suggest another approach, so that I can use my QPS burner with my new laptop? My operating system is Win XP SP3. The laptop is Dell Latitude D630.
