Take a backup of your phone using Nokia PC Suite & try doing a hard reset by typing *#7370# into your keypad and press send. This will completely reset the device and could solve your problem. Once it has finished resetting your phone you can transfer your backup on to the phone again.
If it doesn't you can try downloading Nokia Software Updater (be sure to make a backup before doing an update) and update the software on the phone to the latest. This should hopefully solve any issues you are having. Once it has finished updating your phone you can transfer your backup on to the phone again.
Go to customer care of Nokia. your phone is under warrenty.Do not do anything by urself as it will void thw warrenty.

Have you put a lot of messages or ringtones on it if it does you could have an overload of information which would cause it to freeze
