My menu screen works but the picture screen does not

my menu screen works but the picture screen does not,and still have sound. does anyone know what could be wrong with my rear projection telivision?

If you have video for the menu, then probably you aren't on the correct selection for your video source. What are you trying to watch and how is it connected to your television? S-Video, Composite (Y with separate RW audio) or Component (RGB).

Note: DO NOT connect standard VIDEO or S-VIDEO to Input 2 when using Y-CbCr (Component) input.
