Does your screen work? Does the keypad do anything? Does it light up when you power on the phone ?

That means the your flash cable has damaged. You have to call Motorola and repair it. Some time ago I have the same problem with my D&G phone

My motorola phone key pad is locked and nothing happens when I press the keys is their anything I can do to fix this problem
