It say windows must be actived with mirosoft but then when say ok it say it laready activated

ok to activate any Vista, click on the bottom left windows button, a menu will pop up, click on control panel on the right hand side, then click on system when the next boxed menu appears, when the system menu appears scroll down to the bottom of that window and select activate windows by clicking on them words and follow the directions ok.
